Selling Pokémon TCG Cards

Want to sell your Pokémon cards, graded cards, complete collection or unopened booster boxes? Or have you found an old Pokémon binder and are unsure what the cards are worth? Send TCGKing.nl photos through WhatsApp or email and request a free, no-obligation offer.

We consider submissions from active collectors and people selling an old collection. You do not need to research every card or prepare a complete list before contacting us.

Which Pokémon products can you offer?

We consider English and Japanese:

  • Individual cards and complete collections.
  • Vintage and modern cards.
  • Graded cards, including PSA, BGS and CGC slabs.
  • Unopened booster boxes and other factory-sealed products.

Not every collection is suitable for purchase. Send photos first so we can discuss what we can buy. Language, condition and demand affect our offer.

Selling cards as a collector

You can offer valuable singles, duplicates, graded cards or part of your collection together. If you already have a card list or asking price, include it with your photos. Tell us the language, edition and any known damage. For slabs, make the grade and certification number readable.

Found an old Pokémon binder?

Start with clear photos of the binder pages. You can leave the cards in the binder for the overview photos. For loose cards, arrange them so the names and card numbers are readable.

We will tell you which cards we need to see in more detail. You do not need to know the set names or rarities before contacting us.

What are your Pokémon cards worth?

Value depends on the exact card, edition, language and condition. An old card is not automatically valuable, and a shiny card can still have a low resale value.

We review market information and, where available, recent sales of comparable cards. A high asking price online does not mean a card sells for that amount. Raw and graded cards must be compared separately.

Market value and our purchase offer

For desirable cards in good condition, we usually offer 70–80% of current market value. The percentage depends on condition, value, demand and expected resale time. Bulk, damaged and slow-selling cards may receive a lower percentage.

The estimated resale value is different from our purchase offer. Our offer is lower because we take on inspection, selling costs, the work of resale and inventory risk. Selling cards individually yourself may bring in more money, but requires listings, messages, packaging and time to find buyers.

You can ask how we arrived at the offer. There is no obligation to accept it.

How selling your Pokémon cards works

  1. Send photos. Start with overview photos. Photograph valuable cards from the front and back and show known damage. For sealed products, photograph the sides, corners and seal.
  2. Receive an offer. We review the products, condition and market information. You decide if you want to proceed.
  3. Arrange shipping or drop-off. Wait for our confirmation before sending your collection. Drop-off in Almere, Netherlands, is available by appointment.
  4. Inspection and payment. After receipt, we check the products. If they match the agreed description, we pay immediately by PayPal or transfer to a European bank account. If the condition differs, we explain any revised offer before completing the purchase.

For a completed purchase, we reimburse 50% of your shipping cost after receipt and inspection. You pay the carrier initially, so keep your shipping receipt. Use protective packaging and tracked shipping; consider insurance for high-value collections.

Meet us at a card show

You can offer cards in person at selected TCG events. Contact us through WhatsApp to ask which show we will attend. Send photos beforehand if you plan to bring a large collection. Purchases depend on the products, condition and available buying budget.
