Returns and refunds

You can notify TCGKing.nl that you wish to return your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. We offer this return window to customers in all countries we ship to.

After notifying us, send the items back within a further 14 days.

How to return an item

Email info@tcgking.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. This helps us identify your return; your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on our approval.

Arrange your own return label, package the items securely, and keep your proof of postage. Send returns to:

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. You arrange the return label and send us proof of its cost. We reimburse the return postage and refund the affected item.

Product condition

Please handle products carefully and return them with their original packaging and included contents wherever possible.

You may inspect a product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If handling beyond this causes a loss in value, we may reduce the refund to reflect that loss. We will explain any deduction. This does not affect your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first.

For cancellation of an entire order, the refund includes any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds go to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Return the unwanted item and place a separate order. This does not limit your statutory remedies for faulty or incorrect goods.
