Shipping and Processing Times
We ship orders with PostNL or DPD.
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders containing sourced-on-demand products, including mixed orders with in-stock products, are dispatched within 7 business days in total (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier.

- Flat shipping rate of €10.95 on orders below €100 to all destinations listed below

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via PostNL Track & Trace or DPD tracking, depending on the carrier.
Delays & Issues
If your package is delayed by more than 5 business days, contact us at info@tcgking.nl.
Wrong Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
