One Piece 500 Years In The Future (OP-07) Booster Pack [English]

500 Years in the Future (OP07) was released June 28, 2024. OP07 heavily features Dr. Vegapunk’s technology, which is said to be 500 years ahead of its time.

Thematic focus: This set is all about the Egghead Island arc (Vegapunk’s futuristic island) and supporting cards for several existing factions. In addition, it heavily supports three major groups: the Revolutionary Army, the Worst Generation Supernovas, and the Seven Warlords of the Sea, giving each new powerful cards Essentially, it’s a mix of cutting-edge “future” content and callbacks to earlier characters that needed more support.

Notable Cards: The star Leader of OP07 is Dr. Vegapunk (Yellow) himself. Each color got a new leader in this set including Rob Lucci (Black), Jewelry Bonney (Green) as a Supernova leader, Monkey D. Dragon (Red), Boa Hancock (Blue), Foxy (Purple). Also, OP07 continues the trend of one Treasure Rare card per set, with a uniquely designed Trafalgar D. Law card.

Chase Cards: The top chase card of this set is Boa Hancock (OP07-051) Manga Rare. OP07 also features 6 new special art cards, each featuring unique scenes. The top special art chase is O-Nami (OP06-101). Another collector’s item is the Alternate Art version of the Vegapunk Leader card, which shows Vegapunk with his six Satellites.

Relevance Today: OP07 was a pivotal set for certain decks. The Vegapunk Leader based deck introduced here is quite unique – it focuses on “cost reduction and card draw” to simulate scientific upgrades, making it a fun control/combo deck that some players use casually.
