Two Legends (OP08) released on September 13, 2024. The sets name refers to the introduction of Silvers Rayleigh the Dark King (Rogers right hand) and another legend Edward Newgate (Whitebeard).

Thematic focus: Focuses on legendary figures and introduces new leaders from major pirate crews. The set highlights the Whitebeard Pirates, Animal Kingdom Pirates, and Big Mom Pirates as playable leaders, alongside Rayleigh.

Notable Cards: Six new leader cards Kalgara (Yellow), Carrot (Green), Marco (Red/Blue), Charlotte Pudding (Purple/Yellow), Tony Tony Chopper (Red/Green), and King (Black/Purple). Secret Rares include Silvers Rayleigh and OP08-119 Big Mom & Kaido.

Chase Cards: Manga Rare Silvers Rayleigh is the top pull, still valued over $300 USD. Other chase cards include six new special arts, notably Portgas D. Ace (OP02-013) and Jewelry Bonney (ST02-007), plus a Treasure Rare Monkey D. Luffy (OP07-109).

Relevance Today: OP08 has limited impact on the current meta. Leaders see little competitive use, and card prices have been trending down. Collectors, however, still prize cards like the Manga Rare Rayleigh.
