Complete Guide to One Piece TCG Booster Sets

The World’s Strongest Warriors (OP17) expands the English booster line with a set built around many of the series’ strongest fighters. The TCGKing booster box contains 24 English booster packs.

The Time of Battle (OP16), released in English on June 12, 2026, returns to Marineford and Impel Down. Its collector lineup includes three Admiral Manga Rares, an Event Manga Rare, six Special Rares, one Treasure Rare, two Secret Rares and six Leaders.

Adventure on Kami’s Island (OP15-EB04) combines the English OP15 and EB04 card pools in one release. Its Skypiea focus is joined by classic East Blue characters, two Manga Rares, Event Manga Rares and a wide selection of Special Rares and alternate arts.

Heroines Edition (EB03), released on February 20, 2026, is a character-focused Extra Booster. It introduces Nefeltari Vivi as a Leader and includes nine Special Cards featuring heroines from the series, with Uta as the Manga Rare.

The Azure Sea's Seven (OP14-EB04) released on January 16, 2026, just two months after OP13 as part of Bandai’s effort to synchronize One Piece TCG release schedules worldwide. In this set the first half of the EB04 card pool is also included for the same reason.

The set focuses on the Seven Warlords of the Sea, highlighting major Shichibukai characters, with Dracule Mihawk as the clear top chase in Manga Rare form. This release also completes the 3rd Anniversary Special Card line, adding the Silver and Golden Buggy (OP09-051).

OP14-EB04 introduces 9 new Special Rares, split between 6 mandala-style background designs and 3 full-scene illustrations. While positioned as an in-between release rather than a mainline set, it features a high chase density and strong collector appeal, comparable to OP11 and OP12.

Carrying on His Will (OP-13), released on November 7, 2025, centers on the bond between Luffy, Ace, and Sabo and the idea of inheriting dreams across generations. Each brother appears as a Secret Rare with Alternate, Manga, and new Super Red Manga Rare versions.

The set adds six new Leaders, Luffy, Ace, Gol D. Roger, Sabo, Imu, and Jewelry Bonney, and introduces four new Wanted Poster cards, including one for Gol D. Roger. The top chase cards are the Manga and Super Red Manga Rare versions of Luffy (OP13-118), Ace (OP13-119), and Sabo (OP13-120).

The Best Vol.2 (PRB-02), released on October 3, 2025, is a premium reprint booster made for players and collectors to access standout cards from earlier sets. It adds 30 new character-themed Don!! cards for deck customization and features the first-ever Sanji Manga Rare as its top chase card.

Several popular reprints, including Gum-Gum Giant (OP09-078), return with new alternate art and special rare treatments.

Legacy of the Masters (OP-12), released on August 22, 2025, centers on the bond between masters and their students, featuring pairs like Luffy and Rayleigh, Zoro and Mihawk, and Sanji and Zeff.

New Leaders introduced include Rayleigh, Zoro, Kuzan, Sanji, Rosinante, and Koala, bringing fresh color mixes and strategies to the game. The top chase cards are the gold and silver Special Rares of Blackbeard (OP09-093) and the Manga Rare Jewelry Bonney (OP12-118), a fan favorite tied to her rising prominence in the series.

A Fist of Divine Speed (OP-11), released on June 6, 2025, centers on Katakuri and Luffy, introducing new Leader cards and expanding themes from the Whole Cake Island, Fish-Man Island, and the new “SWORD” faction.

The set debuts six new Leaders—Koby, Jinbe, Shirahoshi, Nami, Luffy, and Katakuri—offering new strategies and color combinations. The main chase cards are the gold and silver Special Rare reprints of Luffy (OP05-119) and the Manga Rare Gear 4 Luffy (OP11-118), one of the most visually striking Luffy cards to date.

Anime 25th Collection (EB-02), released on May 9, 2025, celebrates the One Piece anime’s 25th anniversary with all-new anime-style illustrations by the show’s artists. It reimagines classic cards and leaders with updated visuals, including the popular Monkey D.

Luffy (EB02-061). The set’s main chase card is the Manga Rare Luffy showcasing his Gear 2 transformation, alongside 26 Special Rare leader reprints with refreshed anime artwork.

Royal Blood (OP-10), released on March 21, 2025, spotlights the Punk Hazard arc and revisits key figures from Dressrosa and the Supernovas. The set adds six new multicolor Leaders—Kid, Usopp, Law, Smoker, Caesar Clown, and Sugar—and two Secret Rares featuring Law (OP10-119) and Luffy (OP10-118).

The Best Vol.1 (PRB-01), released on November 8, 2024, kicked off the Premium Booster line by reprinting top cards from earlier sets for new players and collectors alike. It includes eight major Manga Rare reprints, such as Gear 5 Luffy (OP05) and Manga Shanks (OP01), while adding 30 new character-themed Don!! cards for custom deck builds.

The combination of useful reprints and alternate treatments gives the set appeal for players and collectors.

Two Legends (OP-08), released on September 13, 2024, celebrates legendary pirates like Silvers Rayleigh and Edward Newgate (Whitebeard). The set adds six new Leaders—Kalgara, Carrot, Marco, Charlotte Pudding, Tony Tony Chopper, and King—along with Secret Rares for Rayleigh and the Big Mom & Kaido duo.

500 Years in the Future (OP-07), released on June 28, 2024, spotlights Dr. Vegapunk and his futuristic Egghead Island, said to be 500 years ahead of its time. The set strengthens the Revolutionary Army, Supernovas, and Seven Warlords decks while introducing six new Leaders, Vegapunk, Rob Lucci, Jewelry Bonney, Monkey D.

Dragon, Boa Hancock, and Foxy. The top chase card is the Manga Rare Boa Hancock (OP07-051), with standout collectibles including the Alternate Art Vegapunk Leader and the Treasure Rare Trafalgar Law.

OP07 remains known for its creative cost reduction and card draw mechanics, reflecting Vegapunk’s scientific genius in gameplay.

Memorial Collection (EB-01), released on May 3, 2024, was the first Extra Booster and remains a fan favorite for its mix of nostalgia and strong meta cards. It introduced three new multicolor Leaders—Kouzuki Oden, Hannyabal, and Kyros—broadening deck-building variety.

The main chase card is the Manga Rare Tony Tony Chopper, alongside cards such as Laboon and Mr. 2 Bon Kurei.

Kingdoms of Intrigue (OP-04), released on September 22, 2023, focuses on the Alabasta and Dressrosa arcs, uniting heroes, villains, and royalty from both storylines. All Leaders are dual-color, including Vivi, Doflamingo, Issho, Rebecca, Queen, and Crocodile, reflecting the political and factional mix of these arcs.

The top chase card is the Manga Rare Trafalgar Law from Dressrosa, followed by Secret Rares Nefeltari Vivi and Donquixote Rosinante. With standout Alt-Art versions of Ace, Sabo, and Vivi, OP04 remains a collector favorite for its art and its deep ties to two of One Piece’s most memorable sagas.

Pillars of Strength (OP-03), released on June 30, 2023, spotlighted major villains from East Blue, Water Seven, and Whole Cake Island. It introduced the Yellow color to the game, focusing on Life manipulation mechanics, and debuted new Leaders like Charlotte Linlin, Arlong, Ace, Kuro, Nami, Iceburg, Rob Lucci, and Katakuri.

The Manga Rare Sogeking (Usopp) is the set’s top chase card, accompanied by the first Wanted Poster–style Special Arts. OP03 remains an important early set for introducing the Yellow color and its Life-based mechanics.

Paramount War (OP-02), released on March 10, 2023, centers on the Marineford saga and the battle between Whitebeard’s pirates and the Navy. It introduced the Black color for Navy cards and added new Leaders like Whitebeard, Smoker, Sakazuki, Ivankov, Magellan, Garp, and Hancock.
