All Leader Cards in One Piece Card Game (Up to OP-14) [February 2026]
What Are “Leader” Cards?
Leader cards form the backbone of your strategy in the One Piece Card Game. At the start of the game you select one Leader, and this choice defines the rest of your game. It determines:
- Your life total, which sets the initial margin for how much damage you can sustain.
- Your colour pairing, which dictates which cards you can include in your deck and what synergies you can use.
- Your leader effect, a unique power that activates during the game (often when you play or when your leader attacks) and guides how you play.
Most sets introduce around six new leader cards, which often shift the meta. Each Leader Card also comes in a rarer Alternate Art version, usually found as parallel or special rarity cards in the sets. These alternate-art Leaders feature full-art illustrations and are highly sought after by collectors. In gameplay, the effect and stats are the same as the regular Leader, but the collector value of these parallels can be significant, from fan-favorite characters to limited event prints, alternate Leader cards often fetch high prices on the secondary market. Some of the most collected leaders include early prints like OP01-003 Monkey D. Luffy and OP01-001 Roronoa Zoro.

Leader cards are marked by "L".
Below, we’ll list every Leader card released from OP01 through OP14, plus the Extra Boosters (EB01, EB02) and Premium Booster (PRB01), with each Leader’s name, card code, and a brief note on its competitive impact and collectability.
