Emperors of the New World (OP09) released on December 13, 2024. This second-anniversary set puts the spotlight on the Four Emperors of the New World: Luffy, Buggy, Blackbeard, and Shanks.

Thematic focus: OP09 celebrates the new era of piracy after Wano, with a strong emphasis on the Yonko and their crews. It also marks the first appearance of the Pirate King himself, Gol D. Roger, as a playable card. The set explores the shifting balance of power in the New World, highlighting both the current emperors and the legacy Yonko.

Notable Cards: Six new leader cards were introduced – Shanks (Red), Monkey D. Luffy (Purple/Black), Nico Robin (Purple/Yellow), Lim (Green/Purple), Marshall D. Teach (Black), and Buggy (Blue). The two Secret Rares in this set are Gol D. Roger (OP09-118) and Monkey D. Luffy (OP09-119).
