Top Chase Cards in OP14-EB04 The Azure Sea's Seven (One Piece TCG)

OP14-EB04 sits between mainline releases, but demand has picked up fast. Interest around the Seven Warlords theme pushed prices up quickly. Releases of new sets have accelerated. The main chase is Dracule Mihawk Manga Rare, which carries most collector demand. Beyond that, the set includes: 9 Special Rares, completion of the 3rd Anniversary Special Cards with Buggy, and 7 new Leader cards with portrait-style alt-art designs.

The new releases are accelerated. OP13 launched in November, and OP14-EB04 arrived shortly after, with EB03 already scheduled in february. Bandai is actively closing the gap between Japanese and English releases. The old english schedule lagged several months behind Japan. This faster pace aligns the English release schedule with Japan. OP14-EB04 is also unusual in structure. Half of Extra Booster 04 appears here, with the other half split into OP15. This helps synchronise future releases so that one worldwide gameplay meta will be there once synchroinsed.

Is OP14-EB04 The Azure Sea;s Seven worth opening?

Yes, but timing matters. As the newest release, it’s fun to open and demand is high right now. Chase count is limited, but early prices remain elevated. Opening aggressively early can make sense. Expect prices to soften in the coming weeks as supply increases.

How this set compares

OP14-EB04 compares most closely to OP11 and OP12 in structure and chase profile. It follows a familiar setup with a single Manga Rare as the top chase, supported by 3rd Anniversary cards, Event Alt-Art Manga Rares, and a strong Special Rare lineup. Chase density is more moderate than OP13.
