All "Wanted Poster" SP Cards in One Piece Card Game

One Piece Card Game collectors have been buzzing about SP “Wanted Poster” cards – special alternate-print cards styled after the iconic One Piece bounty posters. SP Wanted Poster cards are a type of special rare (SP) alternate art in the One Piece Card Game, introduced in early 2023 with the OP03 set. These cards feature characters’ wanted poster visuals with “WANTED – Dead or Alive” designs, making them instantly recognizable and highly sought after.

Beyond looking cool, Wanted Posters are typically very rare cards. In fact, in sets like OP09, collectors found roughly one Wanted Poster card per sealed case (12 booster boxes). This extreme rarity, combined with beloved characters and a unique artwork style, makes them grail cards for many collectors. They often feature major characters (e.g. Luffy, Shanks, Ace, etc.) or important villains in a style never seen on regular cards.

“Wanted Poster” showcase the bounty poster-style design with the “WANTED – Dead or Alive” banners.

In this article, we’ll list all the Wanted Poster cards from sets OP03: Pillars of Strength, OP09: Emperors of the New World, and OP13: Carrying on His Will. We’ll highlight each card’s character, set, rarity/pull rate, value range, and any notable gameplay or collector info.

"Wanted Poster" SP Cards by Booster Set (OP13, OP09, OP03)

OP13 Carrying on His Will – Wanted Poster Cards

OP09-118 Gol.D.Roger (Wanted Poster, Secret Rare (SEC), SP). This card is a reprint from the OP09 version of Roger, which was a Secret Rare (SEC). In OP13 Gol D. Roger got its own wanted poster. Collectors chased this card for its iconic “Pirate King” status – it was one of the most valuable pulls of its era. Roger’s card effect is dramatic: it has Rush, and when your opponent uses a Blocker, if either player has 0 Life cards, you win the game instantly. It’s an ultimate finisher ability befitting the Pirate King.

Pull Rate: Extremely rare (one of the case-hit SPs in OP13; some speculate this particular one might be a case-inserted bonus or tied to an anniversary campaign).

OP13-118 Monkey.D.Luffy (Wanted Poster, Secret Rare (SEC), SP). This Luffy card is special as it pairs with Ace and Sabo to complete the trio. Essentially it is the same bounty post as the Luffy SP Wanted Power from OP03.

Pull Rate: Extremely low (these SPs appear about 1 per case, similar to prior ratios).

OP13-119 Portgas.D.Ace (Wanted Poster, Secret Rare (SEC), SP). This card gained notoriety due to a printing error: the first wave was misprinted with the wrong effect text (part of a Luffy card’s text), making it a half-Ace, half-Luffy card. Bandai issued an apology and plans to replace misprinted copies – ironically making the error version even more collectible due to its rarity.

Pull Rate: ~1 per case.

OP13-120 Sabo (Wanted Poster, Secret Rare (SEC), SP). It completes the trio of brothers in OP13 – many collectors aim for Luffy-Ace-Sabo together. Sabo’s wanted poster in the lore was revealed later in the story, and having it on a card (especially foil) is exciting for those following his journey.

Pull Rate: ~1 per case.

OP09 Emperors of the New World – Wanted Poster Cards

OP09, released in late 2024, brought back Wanted Posters in a big way by featuring the Four Emperors themselves. Each of these four SP cards is an alt-art of a character card in OP09, depicting the Yonko bounty posters. All four OP09 Wanted Posters form an exciting set symbolizing the One Piece world’s four Emperors post-Wano.

OP09-119 Monkey.D.Luffy (Wanted Poster, Secret Rare (SEC), SP). The Wanted parallel shows Luffy’s updated bounty poster as one of the new Emperors.

Pull Rate: ~1 per case.

OP09-004 Shanks (Wanted Poster, Super Rare (SR), SP). Shanks is a hugely popular character, and as one of the Emperors his Wanted card is highly coveted. Collectors love that it’s essentially Shanks’ classic “Red-Haired” wanted poster, and it pairs with his OP01 manga rare in desirability.

Pull Rate: ~1 per case (one of the four possible).

OP09-051 Buggy (Wanted Poster Rare (R), SP). Yes, Buggy the Clown became an Emperor – and he gets a Wanted Poster card here showing his comedic grin. The card has huge power (12000), but in gameplay isn’t very practical; it’s mostly a fun flavor card. While Buggy is less “serious” than the others, his Wanted poster SP has become a fan-favorite – partly because it’s such a meme that he’s an Emperor.

Pull Rate: ~1 per case.

OP09-093 Marshall D. Teach (Wanted Poster, Super Rare (SR), SP). Blackbeard’s first Wanted poster is a thrill for fans. This card completed the set of the “New World Emperors” posters. It’s a powerful card in its own right, but most value it for Blackbeard’s infamy and the card’s scarcity.

Rarity: Super Rare parallel. Pull Rate: ~1 per case.

OP03 Pillars of Strength – Wanted Poster Cards

Released mid-2023, this was the first set to feature Wanted Poster special prints. OP03’s posters were alternate-art reprints of four powerful cards done in wanted poster style. They are all classified as Super Rare (SR) parallel cards within the set. Pull rates were extremely low (on the order of ~1 per case, though some cases could yield two) based on community reports.

ST01-012 Monkey.D.Luffy (Wanted Poster). This card represents Luffy’s first bounty poster – iconic for being the series’ protagonist. It’s also a playable rush attacker, though most owners keep it for display.

OP01-051 Eustass “Captain” Kid (Wanted Poster). The original Kid was a staple in early competitive decks for its defense and board-swarm ability, so this wanted version is popular among those who played in OP01 era. Collectors love that it depicts Kid’s bounty poster with his grinning face.

ST04-003 Kaido (Wanted Poster). This was the finisher card in the Animal Kingdom Pirates starter – deadly in casual play. The Wanted art shows Kaido’s fearsome mugshot; as one of the Four Emperors, his poster is a centerpiece for many collections.

ST03-009 Donquixote Doflamingo (Wanted Poster). Doflamingo’s wanted poster is famous in the story, and this card’s art captures his sinister grin. The card itself saw play in blue control decks for its strong bounce ability, but as a collectible it’s prized for completing the OP03 set of four.

Final Thoughts on Long-Term Value and Aesthetics

The SP "Wanted Poster" cards bring together the lore of One Piece and the high-end chase of TCGs in a brilliant way. They’re not just powerful or shiny cards, they tell a story (each one is literally a snapshot of the story’s most famous bounty posters) and elevate any collection with their distinct look. For long-term value, these cards check all the boxes: beloved characters, limited print runs, unique art, and historical significance in the card game (being among the first special prints introduced). It’s no surprise that many collectors hold onto them much like one would hold key comic book issues or first-edition Pokémon holos, they represent key moments and figures in One Piece in a format that’s inherently scarce.

From OP03’s first Wanted Posters of Luffy and company, to OP09’s Emperor lineup, to OP13’s emotional trio and Roger, each wave of these cards has been met with excitement. Secondary market prices have generally trended upward or held strong, especially for PSA/BGS graded copies in gem mint condition.

Finally, for those interested in gameplay, it’s worth noting all Wanted Poster cards (aside from misprinted text issues) are tournament legal – they’re essentially alternate art versions. So you can absolutely flex a Wanted Poster card in your deck at a tournament. That said, given values like we’ve discussed, most players sleeve up cheaper regular prints or gold-stamped reprints, and keep their Wanted Posters safe.

In summary, SP Wanted Poster cards are among the most coveted One Piece TCG collectibles, offering long-term value backed by iconic art and extreme rarity. Whether you’re a One Piece fan looking to invest in a piece of the story, or a card collector chasing the next high-end prize, these bounty poster cards are a treasure worth seeking (or at least admiring from afar!). Just be ready – catching one might feel as challenging as capturing the pirates on the posters themselves!
