All Secret Rare Cards (SEC) in One Piece Card Game (Up to OP-14) [February 2026]
What are "Secret Rare (SEC)" Cards?
In the One Piece Card Game (OPTCG), Secret Rare (SEC) cards are among the highest rarity cards released in each booster set. They are marked with “SEC” on the card, and most main sets contain two of them, though some sets, like OP13, contain three of them. Usually, SEC cards are placed at the very end of the set numbering. For example, the SEC cards in OP01 Romance Dawn are Shanks (OP01-120) and Yamato (OP01-121).
Secret Rares stand out through their artwork and finish. They feature full-card illustrations with a textured gold border and a premium surface (the lower Super Rare (SR) cards use a silver border). Each Secret Rare also has an alternate parallel version, often with different colors or visual effects. Some also have a manga-style variant known as a Manga Rare, which makes them even harder to find. These cards are highly coveted not just for their power in play but also for their collectible appeal and limited pull rates.
In terms of rarity, Secret Rares are significantly harder to pull than Super Rares, with an average rate of about one per booster box of 24 packs. However, they are still more common than the higher rarities like Special Rares (SP) and Manga Rares.

Secret Rare (SEC) cards are marked by "SEC".
Below is a complete One Piece TCG Secret Rare (SEC) card guide that lists every officially released English-language SEC card from the main sets OP01 to OP14, as well as from the Extra Boosters (EB) and Premium Boosters (PRB).
