All Treasure Rare Cards in One Piece Card Game (Up to OP-12)

What Are “Treasure Rare” Cards?

In the One Piece Card Game, Treasure Rares (TR) are special chase cards introduced in the Western releases starting with the OP-07 booster set[1]. A Treasure Rare is essentially an alternate-art reprint of an existing card – it has the same card text and set number as the original, but with new artwork and foiling. According to the official game info, each set from OP-07 onward contains exactly 1 Treasure Rare card[1]. These cards are quite rare pulls (often about one per case of boosters) and serve as exciting bonuses for collectors. An official reveal post explains that Treasure Rares “are reprinted with different art, maintain the same effects/set #, but you can only pull them out of [that set]”[2].

Regional exclusivity: Uniquely, different language editions of the game get different Treasure Rare selections in some sets. As one community source notes, “China, France, and English all get exclusive treasure rares to compensate for JP getting god packs”[3]. In practice, this means for a given booster set, the English, French, and Chinese print runs might each include a different character as their Treasure Rare (while the Japanese set uses another special insert like “God packs” instead). Below we list all the Treasure Rares up through OP-12, noting which set and language each came from, along with approximate current prices. (Prices are rough estimates in euros as of late 2025.)

Treasure Rares by Booster Set (OP-07 to OP-12)

OP-07 “500 Years in the Future” (June 2024)

·         Trafalgar LawST10-010 (Treasure Rare in OP-07). This was the very first Treasure Rare card. It’s an alternate-art of the Blocker Trafalgar Law from Starter Deck 10, inserted as a secret chase card in OP-07 boosters. Law’s TR features new artwork (depicting Law from the “500 Years in the Future” theme) and is not too hard to find today – around €7.50 on secondary markets. (At release it was ~€30, but the price fell as more entered circulation.)

OP-08 “Two Legends” (Sept 2024)

·         NamiST01-007 (Treasure Rare in OP-08). The OP-08 set’s Treasure Rare was a gorgeous alternate art of Nami from Starter Deck 1. This card, sometimes nicknamed “Treasure Rare Nami”, is coveted by Straw Hat fans – it carries a higher price, about €24.90. It’s one-per-case rarity kept it expensive initially (some assumed “a couple hundred” dollars early on[4]), though it has settled under €30 over time.

OP-09 “Emperors in the New World” (Dec 2024)

  • Roronoa ZorojūrōST18-004. The English release of OP-09 included Zorojūrō (Wano arc Zoro) as its Treasure Rare. This is an alt-art of a green Zoro card from Starter Deck 18, featuring Zoro in his samurai disguise. It’s a flashy card but not highly meta-relevant, so it runs around €12.00. Many players enjoyed the Zorojūrō art (one commenter called it “pretty great”[5]), though it wasn’t a must-have for decks.
  • Sanji (Secret Rare)OP06-119. Notably, the French version of OP-09 featured Sanji instead of Zoro as its Treasure Rare. Bandai chose the Secret Rare “Vinsmoke Sanji” from OP-06 (Sanji in his raid suit) and gave it an exclusive alternate art only in French OP-09 packs[6]. Because this French-exclusive Sanji TR had a very limited print run, it commands a high price (about €140 with as few as ~17 copies listed on marketplaces). French collectors jumped on this “treasure” Sanji – it was essentially a Secret Rare reprint with new art, making it both visually stunning and scarce.

OP-10 “Royal Blood” (Mar 2025)

  • Portgas D. AceOP08-052. For the English release of OP-10, the Treasure Rare chosen was Portgas D. Ace[7]. This card is an alternate art of Ace’s OP-08 card (depicting Ace unleashing his fire powers). The Ace TR was revealed with epic artwork and was a flavorful pick, though competitively “the Ace isn’t [very] playable”[5]. Its value hovers around €10.50, reflecting moderate demand.
  • PeronaOP09-034. In the French OP-10 set, Perona was the exclusive Treasure Rare[6]. Perona’s card (originally from OP-09) got a stunning new full-art illustration for this French release. Given its exclusivity, Perona TR is quite expensive (roughly €180 on the market, with only ~10 copies available). Collectors praise the French Perona’s artwork as “pretty great”[5].
  • Vinsmoke SanjiOP10-063. The Chinese-language OP-10 release received Sanji as their Treasure Rare (distinct from the French Sanji above). This is a purple Sanji character card from OP-10, featuring Sanji in his wedding suit. Its alternate art shows Sanji holding a bouquet at the Whole Cake Island wedding. (This same Sanji artwork was later used in the English OP-12 set – see below.) The Chinese Sanji TR sold for around €12.00, reflecting a decent supply.

OP-11 “A Fist of Divine Speed” (June 2025)

The French-exclusive Treasure Rare for OP-11 was Roronoa Zoro (OP06-118), a reprint of Zoro’s Secret Rare from OP-06 with intense new artwork. This card (showing Zoro mid-battle against King) was only available in French OP-11 packs, making it extremely scarce and pricy (~€200). The image above is a preview of the French Zoro TR (note the “SAMPLE” watermark).

Meanwhile, the English OP-11 Treasure Rare was Lucky Roux (OP09-015). This card is an alt-art of Lucky Roux (a Red character from OP-09, part of Shanks’ crew). The choice of Lucky Roux surprised some fans – he’s a relatively minor character – but the card is actually quite playable in certain Red Hair Pirates decks, and many came to appreciate the clean artwork[8][9]. Lucky Roux TR is valued around €15.00. The Chinese OP-11 Treasure Rare was Monkey D. Luffy (OP07-109), an alternate-art of a Luffy card from OP-07. That Luffy TR features our hero in a dynamic pose; its price is roughly €23.00 in the market.

OP-12 “Legacy of the Master” (Aug 2025)

The English OP-12 Treasure Rare is Vinsmoke Sanji (OP10-063), featuring stunning art of Sanji from the Whole Cake Island arc. This card is a purple 1-cost Sanji originally from OP-10, now given a gorgeous full-art treatment. The artwork depicts Sanji “getting ready to speak to his bride-to-be” (Pudding) at the infamous wedding, a pivotal moment for Sanji’s character[10]. Fans love how the art captures Sanji’s mixed emotions in that scene. In terms of playability, this Sanji works nicely in Germa decks, and its price is around €12–€15 (expected to fluctuate as OP-12 is newly released).

The French OP-12 Treasure Rare is Sabo (OP10-049) – an alternate-art of Sabo’s card from OP-10, known as “Flame Emperor Sabo.” This was officially revealed as the French-exclusive TR for OP-12[11]. Sabo’s Treasure Rare showcases him unleashing flames, and being a beloved character, it’s in high demand. Early sales put Sabo TR around €73.00, though availability is very limited (only ~41 copies listed shortly after release). (The Chinese OP-12 Treasure Rare had not been confirmed at the time of writing, but each region is expected to continue getting its own unique TR going forward.)

Conclusion

In summary, Treasure Rares have become an exciting collectible aspect of the One Piece Card Game. From Trafalgar Law in OP-07 to the latest Sanji and Sabo in OP-12, these cards offer fans beautiful new artwork of iconic characters. They are one-per-set special inserts, with different regions getting to showcase different characters as their Treasure Rares. While not all TR cards are highly competitive in decks, each is a unique piece of One Piece TCG history that appeals to collectors. And as the sets continue, we can expect more stunning Treasure Rares – and possibly more surprises – to chase in future expansions. Happy collecting!
